This is where you can distribute the stats you get from starting the character! Once approved, it will be locked and transferred over to the Approved Stat section, and from that point will be unlocked for you to add in points you receive after every rank up.

Keep in mind, once it is approved you cannot take away stat points from any stat and give them to another. If you are approved with a speed of 13, you cannot take away stat points next time it is unlocked and move them to strength.
